EU Pavilion logo

The star is the symbol of the European flag. The special logo of a shooting star, designed for the EU’s participation at the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai, encapsulates the idea of Europe as a vibrant, modern and creative continent. The logo’s dynamic, vibrating star also evokes the Expo’s EU pavilion, built on the theme “Intelligent Europe”.
